WinSyslog 3.3 Beta 3 Released

Adiscon GmbH today announced the immediate availability of WinSyslog's 3.3
beta 3 release. It offers important fixes as well as one enhancement:
- Fix for immediate expiration - a bug in beta 2 made enhanced
features unavailable (see related news
release)
- Memory leak removed - beta 2 had a memory leak if ODBC errors occurred.
This has been fixed.
- More descriptive ODBC error messages - if ODBC connections fail,
more detailed information is logged to the NT application event log.
- New, enhanced installation system - based on Windows Installer
service and InstallShield. Now has complete repair options as well as custom
setup options.
WinSyslog 3.3 is a free download found at
Adiscon's web site. Interested users should download and try out the
version.
WinSyslog 3.3 beta 2 users are strongly encouraged
to upgrade to this release!
